About Me

Our massage therapist Gemma has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage, a Level 1 Sports Trainer Cert, and is also studying Osteopathy at Southern Cross University. 


After cheerleading for 10 years and winning the World Championships in 2021, Gemma took up AFL. 


Unfortunately, in May 2023 Gemma broke her neck in an AFL accident, was hospitalised and then required a cervical brace for over three months. Gemma has been through a lot of recovery to get to where she is now, and is excited to be able to treat patients again.
